Sydan from EnsioVison, is a patented, first in the world, fully automated identification and data collection (AIDC) system. Using cameras, sensors and electronics fitted to forklift trucks, EnsioVision's patented software uses algorithms, AI and Neural Networks to sense surroundings/location, load statistics and stream results for cloud analysis.

High speed barcode capture
Capable of reading barcodes on any part of the front of the pallet at high speed. The unique bar code then facilitates the data capture and completes the process.

Pallet condition on arrival and whenever it is moved to a different warehouse locations, ensuring quality delivery and huge reductions in insurance claims.
WEIGHING
Real-time weight capture
Correctly and easily load a trailer to it’s maximum load weight easily identify pallets too heavy for the top deck, if you are a third-party logistics provider it allows you to accurately charge based on the exact measurements

Increased Productivity
Our testing shows a more than doubling in productivity compared to alternative methods of scanning, weighing and measuring dimensions. As no additional measurement equipment is required there is also a space saving.
Increased Traceability
All observations of pallets are recorded, along with the associated weight, dimensions and snapshot images. The cloud portal allows the complete journey of each pallet to be recalled so any changes to weight, dimensions or visual appearance can be checked.
Driver Productivity
Productivity can be measured on a per forklift or per driver basis. By tracking the performance of each driver and forklift, you can identify areas for improvement and provide targeted training.
Charge for Oversized or Overweight Pallet
As all pallets are weighed and dimensioned during the journey, any pallets which have incorrectly declared weight and dimensions can be charged for the difference, providing a further revenue stream. A full report of the measurements along with photographic evidence can be provided.
Safety Monitoring
By monitoring pallet weight and fork height, drivers can be warned of dangerous driving style and can take additional precautions when moving a heavy load. As all measurements are performed automatically, the driver does not need to dismount the fork-lift truck during operation, creating a safer environment.
Security Monitoring
All three mounted cameras can be used as additional security cameras and live stream images to our cloud portal for live monitoring and recording.

RFID antennas read RFID tags on pallets up to 9m range ensuring accurate tracking and monitoring of all tagged assets in the facility.
